Lead Performance Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• The Engineer will take the lead in enterprise performance engineering initiatives to guarantee system scalability, stability, reliability, and responsiveness across distributed cloud and hybrid settings. This role involves designing and implementing load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing strategies while pinpointing bottlenecks across applications, APIs, databases, and infrastructure. The Engineer collaborates closely with Architecture, DevOps, QA, and Development teams to ensure production readiness, enhance system performance, and facilitate high-availability cloud deployments within Azure and AKS environments.
