This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will oversee our Paid Search domain from a subject-matter expert perspective, managing intricate, international client accounts.
• You will create contemporary paid search and full-funnel strategies that are data-driven, cross-channel, and focused on sustainable growth.
• You will convert strategic objectives into actionable priorities for operational execution, ensuring resources are allocated for maximum impact.
• You will foster a robust testing and learning culture by formulating hypotheses, conducting experiments, documenting clear insights, and providing actionable recommendations.
• You will assess new platform features, formats, and automation as well as AI opportunities, transforming them into scalable standards for both the team and clients.
• You will provide advisory support to clients and internal stakeholders as an equal partner, acting as a strategic advisor for performance, growth, and further development.
• You will establish professional standards for methods, quality, account structures, and strategic approaches within Paid Search.
• You will mentor and develop colleagues professionally while enhancing the team's day-to-day operations.
• You will effectively contribute our Paid Search expertise to pitches, client presentations, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• At least 5 years of experience in Paid Search, SEA, or Search Advertising.
• A strategic grasp of performance marketing, business objectives, data, and digital growth drivers.
• Proven experience with complex account structures, automation, Smart Bidding, Performance Max, and modern search configurations.
• Strong analytical skills: the ability to identify patterns, set clear priorities, and provide concrete recommendations for action.
• A testing-oriented mindset: you will develop hypotheses, conduct structured tests, and systematically enhance accounts.
• A confident presence in client consulting, collaboration, and presentations.
• A structured and independent working style.
• Business-fluent German (C2) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
