This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the paid media strategy across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Convert business objectives into budgets, channel strategies, testing roadmaps, and growth plans.
• Spearhead initiatives for demand generation, lead generation, retargeting, and optimizing conversions.
• Advise on what campaigns to launch, pause, scale, or enhance.
• Manage performance metrics related to pipeline, MQLs, SQLs, CAC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and revenue KPIs.
• Identify areas affecting lead quality, sales conversion rates, and revenue growth.
• Conduct audits on accounts to pinpoint growth limitations.
• Diagnose challenges related to targeting, messaging, creative elements, landing pages, sales processes, attribution, and positioning.
• Create forecasts and budget scenarios linked to pipeline, revenue, CAC, and ROAS.
• Supervise campaign structure, targeting, messaging, creative elements, and testing processes.
• Enhance landing pages, offers, forms, and conversion funnels.
• Guide PPC teams to ensure that execution is in alignment with the overall strategy.
• Utilize GA4, CRM data, HubSpot, attribution models, and reporting tools to assess performance.
• Link campaign outcomes to pipeline and revenue results.
• Provide clients with clear, actionable insights.
• Facilitate strategic discussions with executives, founders, and marketing leaders.
• Establish trusted advisory relationships and challenge assumptions when necessary.
• Mentor PPC and automation specialists.
• Travel within the U.S. as needed.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads is preferred.
• Proficient in B2B lead generation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), funnel optimization, and attribution methodologies.
• Skilled in GA4, CRM systems, HubSpot, conversion tracking, and reporting analytics.
• Ability to correlate marketing performance with pipeline metrics, ROAS, CAC, and revenues.
• Experience in forecasting, budget development, and growth modeling.
• Excellent client-facing communication and strategic consulting abilities.
• Agency experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance marketing workflows.
• Comfortable leading offshore teams and collaborating across various functions.
• Preference for candidates based in the U.S., or those who can work during U.S. business hours and travel as required.
