This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to analyze complex organizational issues and uncover root causes.
• Convert business strategy into actionable people, structure, and capability solutions.
• Develop and implement AI enablement strategies, resources, and educational experiences.
• Promote AI adoption and build capabilities throughout the organization.
• Identify, prioritize, and expand role-specific and function-specific AI use cases.
• Oversee the full execution of enterprise and large-scale initiatives, including planning, communication, coordination, and outcome measurement.
• Utilize talent, engagement, performance, and workforce data to discern trends and risks.
• Transform data insights into practical recommendations that enhance retention and organizational effectiveness.
• Aid in workforce planning, skills mapping, mobility, and organizational health strategies.
• Implement best practices and create tools, templates, and methodologies.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members to enhance team capability and consistency.
• Extensive experience in organizational development, talent management, human resources, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior leaders at the Director–VP level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to turn insights into action.
• Background in change management and practices related to organizational effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of influencing outcomes across various stakeholder groups.
• Experience in driving AI adoption, enablement, or technology-driven workforce transformation.
• Familiarity with talent management processes and workforce planning.
• Experience in supporting organizational design or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• An advanced degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in relevant areas such as change management, coaching, or organizational development are preferred.
