Lead Oracle EPM Reporting Partner

📋 Description

• Directs the comprehensive delivery of financial reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated reporting processes using Oracle EPM, ensuring outputs are timely, accurate, and actionable to facilitate business decision-making.

• Takes ownership of creating and preparing standardized reporting and presentation materials for monthly business reviews, board meetings, investor reporting, and other executive communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic relevance.

• Collaborates with Clinical Operations, Corporate Finance, and Corporate Planning to assist in budgeting, forecasting, run-rate analyses, and multi-year projections, delivering precise data and insights to bolster strategic planning initiatives.

• Evaluates complex financial and operational data, develops insightful analytics and ad hoc reporting, and presents recommendations to the CFO and senior leadership for financial, operational, and strategic evaluations.

• Manages Oracle EPM system administration and readiness, overseeing system configurations, forms, business logic, data integrations, processing calendars, and system locking/unlocking activities to ensure accurate planning and reporting processes.

• Acts as the primary liaison with AIS and IT teams to facilitate system enhancements, optimize FP&A workflows, enhance reporting capabilities, and maintain data integrity across financial systems.

• Works in conjunction with Accounting and Finance teams to monitor, validate, and reconcile management adjustments, ensuring accurate mapping and reporting within consolidated financial results.

• Aids finance leadership and management with special projects, due diligence activities, and strategic initiatives by providing advanced financial analysis, modeling, and recommendations.

• Functions as the primary backup to the Director of Consolidations & Reporting, ensuring continuity in reporting, planning, and system administration duties.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing reporting and planning architecture and processes within the Oracle EPM System (Minimum 5 Years).

• Proven success in leading large-scale, high-impact financial reporting initiatives and cross-functional collaborations within a complex organization.

• Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills; proficient in synthesizing complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must be detail-oriented and organized with high integrity, including the maintenance of confidential information.

• Demonstrated history of driving improvements through automation, system integration, and process optimization utilizing complex enterprise-level financial systems.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and additional reporting or business intelligence tools.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a Finance-related field is required.

• Experience in large, complex organizations and healthcare settings is preferred.
