This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of the German network strategy and establish team priorities.
• Develop and nurture relationships with essential repair shop partners and channel partners.
• Recognize gaps in market coverage and strategize on how to address them.
• Track network performance and respond accordingly based on data insights.
• Mentor and support junior team members and part-time staff in their tasks.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and results.
• Act as the representative of Fixico for strategic partners in Germany.
• Over 6 years of experience in account management, network development, or a comparable role.
• Experience in the automotive sector or working with repair shops.
• Confident in leading a team, even without formal authority.
• Possess a strong commercial instinct and a strategic outlook.
• Proficient in both English and German.
• Residing in Germany.
• Willing to travel regularly within Germany and to our office in Amsterdam.
