This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Proactively oversee Site MEP construction, testing, and commissioning tasks (HVAC, FF/FA, SPL, Plumbing, and security) during the project's OTR phase and participate in the ITO phase as necessary, including but not limited to managing subcontractor progress, planning site resources, reporting, and collaborating with other project stakeholders (e.g., Client, Site Consultant, Project Management, Civil Works, CW/MEP Engineering, EHS, Quality, etc.).
• Leverage and expand comprehensive knowledge of MEP technical components.
• Apply prior experience and gain technical expertise to implement the construction strategy effectively.
• Possess a thorough understanding of critical business drivers; utilize this knowledge to achieve estimation and execution tasks.
• Oversee and inspect the execution of MEP work to ensure compliance with QA/QC and EHS standards, including the capability to perform MEP item QS/take-off and validate invoices.
• Prepare and deliver Site Reports/documentation promptly, along with precise internal and external reports (Daily, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, 3-week lookahead incidents, PTW, QA/QC, etc.).
• Grasp Contractual T&C (Terms and Conditions) commitments.
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and participate in both internal and customer technical and progress meetings.
• Guarantee that all on-site activities are executed safely, following company environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols and procedures.
• Offer expert consultation on complex projects.
• Engage in planning, potentially recommending and implementing policies and procedures.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through a commitment to quality.
• Support business growth initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil).
• At least 8 years of experience in 380kV Substation and other power projects.
• Extensive knowledge of MEP construction, testing, and commissioning, including coordination with civil and electrical equipment installation activities.
• Strong familiarity with MEP works codes, standards, QS/take-off, and resource planning/estimation, along with SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) C2 certification.
• Willingness to work on sites in the southern regions of Saudi Arabia.
• Capability to comprehend and execute technical drawings (wiring diagrams, P&ID, General Arrangement, etc.).
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in AutoCAD and the MS Office Software Suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both business and technical personnel.
• Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and take ownership of on-site activities.
• Willingness to travel, relocate within the country and internationally, and work overtime as required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
