• Oversee the formulation and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns that cater to both Independent Agents and strategic partners.
• Propel agent acquisition and retention initiatives through well-coordinated, multi-channel programs.
• Work in conjunction with the Partnerships team to enhance co-marketing efforts with OEMs and other collaborators.
• Develop and refine audience strategies, messaging, and campaign journeys throughout the marketing funnel.
• Ensure alignment of marketing activities across internal teams to maintain consistency and amplify impact.
• Oversee external vendors, platforms, and partner relationships to execute effective programs.
• Convert performance insights into actionable strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Present results, insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Extensive experience in B2B and channel marketing, particularly within agent or partner ecosystems.
• Proficient in creating and executing integrated marketing strategies across diverse audiences and channels.
• Possess an analytical mindset focused on utilizing data to guide decisions and enhance performance.
• Background in supporting partnerships, co-marketing initiatives, or go-to-market collaborations with external partners (OEM experience is advantageous).
• Strong expertise in email marketing, covering campaign strategy, segmentation, testing, and lifecycle optimization.
• Familiarity with additional marketing channels such as direct mail, social media platforms, digital marketing, and experiential marketing is a plus.
• Experience in the insurance or Independent Agent channel is a bonus, along with the ability to quickly understand agent requirements and decision-making factors.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, particularly in cross-functional teams and with external partners.
• A strong sense of ownership with the capability to balance strategic planning and execution.
