This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Assist in the development of campaign strategies and implement activation components for national drive periods of MAW.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure alignment on business objectives, revenue targets, required assets, celebrity/influencer requests, prioritization, and other pertinent campaign necessities.
• Integrate campaign priorities with stakeholder objectives and requirements to generate alignment documents and creative brief suggestions for the Director of Campaigns.
• Convert campaign goals and direction into actionable social media, earned media, and entertainment marketing activation strategy recommendations while supporting planning efforts.
• Partner with internal and external creative teams to create and deliver materials such as campaign storytelling content, paid/in-kind advertising, and public service announcements.
• Coordinate with Corporate Alliances regarding partner deliverables across MAW-owned channels, ensuring effective communication with the relevant channel owners.
• Address and propose solutions for conflicts in campaign prioritization, escalating issues when necessary for resolution.
• Work alongside project management, creative services, and communications teams to ensure key deadlines are met and to refine and enhance the planning and development process.
• Conduct regular campaign evaluations with stakeholders to gauge effectiveness and optimize campaign resources and assets.
• Gather performance metrics, revenue outcomes, anecdotal insights, etc., to facilitate a comprehensive and actionable evaluation and reporting process, including post-campaign debriefs or PSA performance tracking.
• Oversee the collection and incorporation of chapter feedback regarding campaign resources and assets.
• Collaborate with and support the Director in budgeting, billing, RFPs, and agency/vendor management.
• Perform additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or public relations (nonprofit, corporate, or agency), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of marketing experience in a nonprofit environment, or equivalent experience managing a nonprofit partnership within a brand/agency context is preferred.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to successfully execute projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing, and dynamic environment.
• Proficient computer skills are essential, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in partnership marketing is a plus.
