This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Utilize advanced and proactive risk management techniques to anticipate and identify systemic or intricate delivery challenges, implementing preventative strategies throughout the delivery methodology.
• Promote continuous enhancement by aligning the delivery methodology with best practices from the ITIL framework.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff on advanced process execution and governance principles.
• Assume responsibility for expert resource forecasting, capacity planning, and reporting on team workload/utilization to senior management, aiming to optimize operational efficiency.
• Oversee and manage high-level, complex escalations involving customers and vendors to ensure swift resolution and positive outcomes, thereby safeguarding key relationships and revenue streams.
• Manage and coordinate large-scale implementations across Finance, Engineering, and Operations, ensuring alignment among all functional heads on project objectives.
• A minimum of 6 years of extensive experience in Service Delivery leadership, managing complex implementations, and addressing executive-level escalations.
• Advanced understanding and practical application of the ITIL framework in service transition and delivery management.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor staff, drive substantial process improvements, and report on high-level operational metrics.
• Profound understanding of how service delivery influences financial reporting and the capability to impact revenue realization strategy.
