Lead IT Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of IT recruiters from various countries

• Recruit for all technical roles in Mexico and the USA

• Develop sourcing strategies in collaboration with the HR manager

• Update and manage the candidate pipeline

• Maintain standardized job descriptions for the company

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required

• Over 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience

• More than 2 years of experience leading IT recruiters

• Preferred experience in technical recruiting

• Knowledge of recruitment KPIs

• Exceptional organizational skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (in both English and Spanish)

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and e-recruitment tools

• Strong teamwork skills
