Lead Instructor – Operations Leadership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality live, virtual instruction to a variety of learner groups.

• Prepare and facilitate virtual classroom sessions for around 50 participants.

• Teach concepts related to Operations Leadership and customize content according to learner skills and preferences.

• Participate in breakout room sessions led by teaching assistants.

• Oversee class-time Q&A, manage chat interactions, and sustain class energy and engagement.

• Collaborate with Correlation One operations staff to ensure effective program delivery and adherence to schedules.

• Assist in designing lessons, developing materials, and enhancing the curriculum.

• Prepare thoroughly for lectures and deliver high-quality educational content.

• Offer responsive and empathetic support to learners, adjusting lesson pace to meet their needs.

• Simplify complex topics while ensuring strong learner engagement.

• Communicate with respect and maintain consistent contact with Correlation One personnel.

• Cultivate a positive learning atmosphere.

• Provide constructive feedback aimed at improving the course.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in leadership and development or in a role focused on operations leadership.

• Background in positions such as Process Assistant, Team Lead, Shift Supervisor, or other leadership roles in the workplace.

• Experience in supervising teams and handling administrative duties.

• Proven experience in teaching leadership skills, conflict resolution, collaboration, people management, and time management.

• Comfortable leading live breakout sessions and delivering immediate feedback.

• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.

• Possess a data-driven mindset and a focus on achieving results.

• Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment with a small team.
