Lead Instructor – Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Facilitate training sessions utilizing a practical, hands-on promotional planning scenario.

• Instruct teams on utilizing a proprietary retail promotions planning and optimization tool through real-world workflows.

• Create consistent and standardized promotional terminology and processes across international markets.

• Conduct a total of 30 training sessions: comprising 10 full-day sessions and 20 half-day sessions.

• Review training materials, craft talking points, and rehearse presentation delivery.

• Participate in onboarding, client-specific tool training, and a rehearsal session.

• Complete necessary setup tasks to gain access to client platforms.

• Collaborate with the Correlation One team as needed to ensure client readiness and resolve final queries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in marketing, sales, or business analysis, with a preference for experience in promotional/sales planning terminology.

• Capability to articulate promotional performance metrics (ROI, sales lift, incrementality) in straightforward business language.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn a client's proprietary tool and confidently provide live demonstrations, even in challenging scenarios.

• Experience conducting hands-on exercises where participants actively engage with the tool.

• Proficient in delivering interactive training sessions in a virtual setting.

• Knowledge of AI-assisted planning tools and understanding of the distinction between the tool's recommendations and the planner's judgment.

• Strong leadership presence, excellent organizational skills, and a professional approach to delivery.
