Lead Instructor – Agentic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver impactful live sessions focused on Agentic AI and Machine Learning.

• Facilitate small-group coaching sessions aimed at hands-on problem-solving and addressing doubts.

• Conduct assignment reviews to reinforce learning and enhance comprehension.

• Organize mock interviews that cover ML System Design and Coding, providing actionable feedback.

• Offer personalized mentorship on career transitions and interview preparation.

• Lead cohort orientations to boost engagement and establish clear expectations.

• Manage the comprehensive Agentic AI/ML curriculum, including content, assignments, and projects.

• Regularly update educational materials to incorporate the latest tools, trends, and industry practices.

• Develop evaluation frameworks, rubrics, and assessments.

• Collaborate across functions to ensure quality and positive learner outcomes.

• Create masterclasses, webinars, and video content to foster learner growth.

• Publish and review technical content, such as blogs, social media posts, and insights.

• Represent Interview Kickstart at various events, meetups, and conferences.

• Mentor and onboard instructors and teaching assistants, establishing quality benchmarks.

• Work collaboratively to enhance teaching standards across the platform.

• Utilize learner feedback, ratings, and data to refine delivery quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software/ML Engineering (preferred from Tier-1 / FAANG companies).

• Proficient in DSA, System Design, and ML Systems.

• Practical experience in Agentic AI / ML at a production level.

• A strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and facilitating learner success.

• Capable of simplifying complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of learner empathy.

• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or content creation is a standout qualification.

• Experience in hiring/interviewing at leading tech companies is a standout qualification.

• Involvement in research, open-source projects, or holding an advanced degree in a relevant field is a standout qualification.

• Willingness to transition into a full-time teaching role.

• Background working at Tier 1 companies such as Google, Amazon, Adobe, or Microsoft.
