Lead Installation Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute the installation, programming, and testing of security and CCTV systems.

• Guide and mentor installation team members to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues during and post-installation.

• Keep accurate records of system configurations and project completions.

• Engage with customers, contractors, and project managers for effective communication.

• Ensure proper maintenance of company tools, equipment, and vehicles.

• Travel to customer locations as needed, both regionally and nationally.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the installation and servicing of security systems.

• Comprehensive understanding of low-voltage wiring, networks, and electronic security systems.

• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.

• Professional communication and customer service abilities.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving history.

• Flexibility to travel as necessary.

• Applicants must reside in Cincinnati, OH.
