Lead Installation Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Lead the installation, programming, and testing of security and CCTV systems.

• Oversee and guide installation team members, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with precision.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues during and after the installation process.

• Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations and project completions.

• Liaise with customers, contractors, and project managers effectively.

• Ensure proper maintenance of company tools, equipment, and vehicles.

• Travel to customer locations as necessary, both regionally and nationally.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the installation and servicing of security systems.

• In-depth knowledge of low-voltage wiring, networks, and electronic security systems.

• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.

• Professional communication and customer service capabilities.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.

• Openness to travel as required.
