Lead Installation Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute the installation, programming, and testing of security and CCTV systems.

• Guide and mentor installation team members, ensuring high standards of work quality and adherence to safety regulations.

• Analyze and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

• Identify and resolve technical issues during and post-installation.

• Keep precise documentation of system configurations and project completions.

• Effectively communicate with customers, contractors, and project managers.

• Ensure proper maintenance of company tools, equipment, and vehicles.

• Travel to customer locations as needed, both regionally and nationally.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in installing and servicing security systems.

• In-depth knowledge of low-voltage wiring, networking, and electronic security systems.

• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

• Professional communication skills and a commitment to customer service.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Willingness to travel.

• Candidates must reside in the Grand Rapids, MI area.
