This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospects sourced from our CRM system.
• Foster interest and needs identification during discussions with leads.
• Arrange appointments with the setter team for leads that qualify.
• Maintain and update lead statuses and notes in the CRM and Aircall.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to enhance lead management.
• When necessary, take initiative to identify and secure potential deals as a proactive deal hunter.
• Prior experience in sales or customer support, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot.
• Basic knowledge of lead generation and qualification processes.
• Foundational understanding of online marketing and sales strategies.
• Comfortable using communication tools for remote work (such as Slack, Aircall, Google Meet, etc.).
• Proficiency in the German language at a minimum of C1 level.
