This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with operations teams and the reliability team, reviewing field reports and operational data to pinpoint additional work and assist in planning for potential emergent issues related to generator outages.

• Engaging with cross-functional teams, examining past outage reports and operational data to create informed recommendations.

• Providing support for the installed base, which includes activities such as resolving customer issues, addressing fleet problems, implementing service bulletins, and overseeing Monitoring & Diagnostics and fleet configuration.

• Managing fleet data and overseeing outage management tasks.

• Cultivating specialized knowledge in their area of expertise.

• Acting as a resource for best practices and quality assurance.

• Contributing to the formulation of strategies and policies, ensuring successful implementation within their area of responsibility.

• Utilizing judgment to make decisions or address moderately complex tasks or challenges in operational/product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.

• Adopting new perspectives on existing solutions.

• Applying technical knowledge and expertise in data analysis to support recommendations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college, along with 3 years of experience related to generator outages, design, or repair.

• A high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 5 years of experience in generator outages, design, or repair.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

• Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.

• Demonstrated skill in leading programs and projects.

• Capacity to document, plan, market, and execute programs effectively.
