This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Develop and manage a targeted prospect list throughout the Eastern U.S., which includes AEC firms, developers, building owners, general contractors, MEP engineers, historic preservation firms, and institutional facilities teams.
• Execute outbound communications through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls, employing messaging that both educates and sells.
• Assess leads and arrange discovery calls for our project and technical teams.
• Monitor pipeline indicators such as permit filings, project announcements, RFP activity, and industry news.
• Keep CRM records updated and provide a weekly report on the pipeline.
• Continually test and enhance messaging based on audience engagement.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or sales.
• Preferred background in AEC, construction technology, geospatial, or surveying.
• Ability to learn and effectively convey technical services to non-technical decision-makers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you craft emails that elicit responses.
• Self-motivated and organized; you can maintain focus without needing daily oversight.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn for outreach and familiar with CRM tools.
