This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
β’ Conduct outbound calls, send targeted emails, and connect with prospects through social selling and marketing follow-ups.
β’ Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects β from initial contact to a scheduled introductory meeting.
β’ Take ownership of your KPIs and pipeline metrics β we seek an individual who excels at meeting targets and holds themselves accountable.
β’ Assess leads and smoothly transition booked meetings to Account Executives for closure.
β’ Collaborate directly with leadership to create and enhance outbound strategies.
β’ 2β3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
β’ Knowledge of tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Yesware, or similar platforms.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills β equally effective when engaging with a receptionist or a C-suite executive.
β’ Self-motivated and organized β you work well with minimal supervision and ensure all tasks are completed.
β’ A positive, proactive mindset with strong networking abilities.
β’ Bonus: Previous experience in lead generation for professional services, IT managed services, or healthcare technology.
