This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• The Lead Generation Coordinator will take charge of recruiting initiatives by engaging with a diverse array of sourced leads through both accepting and initiating contact.
• This role involves identifying, qualifying, and cultivating quality driver applications for the recruiting team.
• Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound communications, assessing prospect needs, qualifying leads, and ensuring compliance with QC standards.
• The ideal candidates will excel in utilizing various communication channels such as telephone, email, social media, and chat.
• Engage in a high volume of inbound and outbound discussions with drivers from multiple sources.
• Follow up on leads generated through different recruiting activities.
• Clearly communicate terminal offerings to potential drivers.
• Identify quality drivers and transition qualified leads to Driver Recruiters for further engagement.
• Use Tenstreet recruiting software tools to source, qualify, communicate, report, and document driver information.
• Prepare weekly reports for management on lead generation sources and hires.
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task while delivering accurate information.
• Employ creative thinking to explore new lead generation sources.
• Work under general supervision while exhibiting a high degree of initiative and creativity.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.
• Strong skills in qualifying, prospecting, and marketing; ability to creatively reach prospects, present offerings, and manage objections in a positive and professional manner.
• Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Candidates must be articulate and professional, with an enthusiastic attitude and a results-driven focus.
• Results-oriented: capable of guiding prospects to the next step in the recruitment process.
• Ability to make over 80 outbound calls daily.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail are required.
• Strong time management capabilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
