This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies that align with vertical sales objectives and target audiences.
• Develop segmented and automated email nurturing campaigns using marketing automation tools (Pardot) to transition leads from MQL to SAL.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce engaging copy, visuals, and calls-to-action tailored to various stages of the buyer's journey.
• Organize and manage demand generation webinars, including topic selection, speaker coordination, promotional emails, follow-up nurturing, and performance evaluation.
• Establish and monitor campaign KPIs such as MQL volume, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Utilize Salesforce dashboards and marketing automation analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and uncover optimization opportunities.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creative materials, and CTA placements to enhance engagement and conversion rates continuously.
• Work in conjunction with SEO/GEO and content marketing teams to ensure consistency between organic and email/webinar campaigns.
• Collaborate across departments with Vertical Marketing Leads/Product Marketing Managers to align messaging and lead flow across campaigns, webinars, and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with the BDR and Sales teams to ensure prompt follow-up, establish feedback loops, and maintain alignment on lead scoring and campaign outcomes.
• Partner with the Events Lead to enhance campaigns before and after trade shows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, ideally within technology or government sectors.
• Demonstrated success in managing email marketing, webinars, and digital funnel optimization from concept to analytics.
• Proficient in Salesforce and marketing automation tools (Pardot or similar).
• Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills with a strong data-driven approach.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and handle multiple concurrent campaigns.
• Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) is preferred.
