• Identify and gather precise contact information (emails and phone numbers) for target prospects and industries.
• Implement targeted outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns, including participation in industry conferences and events.
• Leverage lead generation and outreach platforms (such as Apollo, Smartlead, Waalaxy, and Instantly) to construct, organize, and execute campaigns.
• Design and create marketing materials, email templates, social media graphics, and campaign assets using design tools.
• Keep prospect lists and campaign records organized, clean, and updated within our systems.
• Track campaign performance and ensure data integrity throughout the outreach process.
• Exceptional Attention to Detail: You possess a keen eye for detail and a natural affinity for systems and organization.
• Communication Skills: You are clear, responsive, and easy to engage with.
• Time Zone Availability: Must be available to work 20 hours a week during US business hours (EST).
• Fast & High-Quality Execution: Capable of completing tasks promptly without compromising quality.
• Experience in creating and managing outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Familiarity with lead generation and outreach tools such as Apollo, Smartlead, Waalaxy, or Instantly.
• Proven history of accurately locating B2B phone numbers and email addresses.
