Lead Generation Specialist / List Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and gather precise contact details (emails and phone numbers) for targeted prospects and sectors.

• Implement focused outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns, including participation in industry conferences and events.

• Leverage lead generation and outreach platforms (such as Apollo, Smartlead, Waalaxy, and Instantly) to construct, organize, and execute campaigns.

• Develop and design marketing collateral, email templates, social media visuals, and campaign assets utilizing design software.

• Keep prospect lists and campaign records organized, clean, and current within our systems.

• Track campaign performance and maintain data integrity throughout the outreach process.

• Time Zone Availability: Must be available to work 20 hours per week during US business hours (EST).

• Fast & High-Quality Execution: Ability to deliver tasks swiftly without compromising on quality.

• Experience in creating and managing outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns.

• Familiarity with lead generation and outreach tools such as Apollo, Smartlead, Waalaxy, or Instantly.

• Proven ability to locate accurate B2B phone numbers and email addresses.
