Lead Generation, Prospect Research Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Utilize a provided list of target companies.

• Identify C-level executives including CEOs, CFOs, Directors of HR, and HR Leaders through LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Confirm the relevance and decision-making power of executives.

• Utilize AI GTM System | Apollo.io - The Agentic System to Grow Revenue extension to extract verified email addresses.

• Gather direct phone numbers when accessible.

• Organize and input company and executive information into structured Google Sheets.

• Maintain clean spreadsheets that are free from duplicates.

• Adhere to client-specified qualification criteria.

• Ensure consistency in data formatting.

• Highlight any questionable or incomplete data for clarification.

• Dispatch outreach emails using templates provided by clients.

• Manage follow-up communications.

• Provide support for LinkedIn connection requests.

• Track outreach activities and responses.

• Assist with light organizational tasks in CRM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Required hands-on experience with Google Sheets / Excel.

• Experience with basic CRM or lead tracking systems.

• Familiarity with email outreach tools if Phase 2 is implemented.

• Strong experience in B2B lead research.

• Understanding of prospect qualification processes.

• Proficient data verification skills.

• Expertise in spreadsheet organization.

• Ability to adhere to structured workflows.

• Strong capabilities in internet research.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Ability to grasp nuance and context effectively.

• Strong comprehension abilities.

• Proactive in communication.

• Comfortable with asking clarifying questions.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Preferred experience with AI GTM System | Apollo.io, or willingness to learn if no direct experience exists.
