This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
β’ Identify and analyze potential clients through platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, Yelp, and various online directories.
β’ Focus on reaching key decision-makers, including property managers, business owners, and general contractors.
β’ Develop and sustain organized prospect lists.
β’ Implement daily outreach initiatives using LinkedIn messaging and email correspondence.
β’ Ensure consistent levels of outreach volume and activity.
β’ Monitor all outreach efforts and their corresponding responses.
β’ Conduct structured follow-ups, making 2β3 attempts per lead.
β’ Collect and confirm contact information and company details.
β’ Provide assistance with fundamental administrative tasks such as invoice generation and data entry.
β’ 1β3+ years of experience in lead generation.
β’ Experience in B2B outreach or prospecting.
β’ Background in marketing or sales support.
β’ Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms.
β’ Excellent written communication skills in English.
β’ Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
β’ Capability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups concurrently.
β’ Comfortable with performing repetitive outreach tasks consistently.
β’ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
