📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the recruiting process for senior and specialized General & Administrative positions.

• Serve as a strategic talent partner to executive stakeholders.

• Develop targeted sourcing strategies.

• Create comprehensive market maps for key searches.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Leverage data and metrics to influence hiring teams effectively.

• Foster urgency and maintain high decision quality throughout searches.

• Continuously enhance the G&A recruiting processes.

• Act as a craft leader within the Talent team.

• A minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience.

• Demonstrated success in hiring senior and specialized talent.

• Strong foundational skills in search techniques.

• Capability to comprehend complex corporate roles.

• Excellent analytical skills to interpret recruiting metrics.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
