• Design and create scalable backend services and APIs.

• Influence architectural choices and uphold high engineering standards.

• Produce production-ready code and leverage AI tools to expedite development.

• Tackle complex technical challenges and enhance system reliability.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality within the team.

• Mentor fellow engineers and contribute to boosting team productivity.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams.

• Continuously enhance development workflows and engineering practices.

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering.

• Extensive commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript.

• Proven experience in designing scalable architectures and distributed systems.

• Strong grasp of PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, and asynchronous patterns.

• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience in leading engineers and influencing technical decisions.

• A proactive hands-on approach with a desire to remain close to the codebase.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar in daily development.

• Proficient in English at a B2/C1 level.
