• Design scalable software architectures.

• Proven experience in building real SaaS products utilized by customers.

• A passion for writing code on a daily basis.

• Experience in leading technical projects from conception to production.

• Ability to take ownership of projects.

• Confidence in making architectural decisions.

• Regular use of AI coding tools.

• Enjoy mentoring senior engineers.

• A commitment to clean software over trendy technologies.

• Must have personally shipped production software.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.

• Not seeking a position as an Engineering Manager.

• Willingness to engage hands-on rather than primarily managing.
