Lead FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the preparation of consolidation and management reporting, which includes packages for the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and executive presentations, ensuring precision, clarity, and readiness for executive review.

• Collaborate with Accounting and External Reporting to verify that consolidated results are accurate and consistent across all internal and external presentations, in alignment with the quarterly close and filing schedule.

• Convert intricate financial data into succinct, decision-ready narratives and presentations aimed at senior leadership and the Board.

• Oversee the revenue forecasting process and variance analysis, working with business stakeholders to develop and refine models that guide strategic decisions.

• Manage recurring forecast cycles (monthly pacing, quarterly forecasts), identifying risks and opportunities and suggesting corrective measures.

• Assist with the quarterly close process, including reconciling planning and accounting systems.

• Administer Adaptive Planning, including managing models, dimensions, versions, and security roles; build, maintain, and enhance financial models and reporting processes across planning and ERP systems like Workday Adaptive Planning and NetSuite.

• Propel automation and systems enhancements, spotting opportunities to streamline ongoing reporting and close-cycle workflows.

• Collaborate across functions with Accounting, Systems, and business teams to ensure data integrity and alignment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field, preferably with a publicly traded company.

• Proven experience with consolidation reporting and reporting for the Board / Audit Committee.

• Strong background in revenue forecasting and financial modeling.

• Advanced skills in Excel (complex modeling, handling large datasets) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentations).

• Technologically proficient with the ability to learn and optimize planning and ERP platforms; experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and/or NetSuite is a significant advantage.

• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and act swiftly with minimal guidance while ensuring accuracy on deliverables intended for executives.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical details into clear insights for diverse audiences.
