This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Lead a team — Take charge of a group of Franchise Account Executives, ensuring their success through accountability.
• Bring enthusiasm — As the culture ambassador, you consistently demonstrate positivity and reliability, especially during high-pressure situations.
• Enhance efficiency — Identify areas for improvement and create straightforward, repeatable processes that accelerate team performance.
• Influence effectively — Collaborate with our Drive, Content, S&O, and Post Sale teams to guarantee that merchants enjoy an optimal onboarding experience with DoorDash's services.
• Strategize thoughtfully — Manage multiple strategic initiatives at once — boosting revenue, enhancing team performance, and fully integrating stores on Drive — while keeping an eye on the details.
• Collaborate across teams — Partner with stakeholders throughout DoorDash to align company resources and enhance platform functionalities.
• Over 4 years of experience in client success, account management, or sales.
• Initial experience in people management, demonstrating readiness for a formal leadership position.
• Proven ability to work within cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Strong operational instincts — adept at identifying and resolving inefficiencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with utilizing AI to streamline workflows and boost team productivity/efficiency.
