Lead, Enterprise Franchise Sales

• Lead a team — Take charge of a group of Franchise Account Executives and be responsible for their success.

• Develop strategies — Manage multiple strategic initiatives at once — boosting revenue, enhancing team performance, and fully integrating stores on Drive — while maintaining attention to detail.

• Collaborate effectively — Partner with stakeholders across DoorDash to align resources company-wide and enhance platform features.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in client success, account management, or sales.

• Initial experience in people management, demonstrating readiness to evolve into a formal leadership position.

• Proven track record of collaborating within cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.

• Strong operational acumen — you can identify inefficiencies and address them effectively.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI to enhance workflows and boost team productivity and efficiency.
