Lead Engineer – Funnels, Full-stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Actively engage with codebases utilizing Vue 3, Nuxt, Module Federation, and Node.js / NestJS services, alongside supporting infrastructure.

• Facilitate architectural discussions and assist teams in making well-informed technical choices.

• Collaborate with infrastructure and SRE teams to ensure systems are capable of meeting global scale demands.

• Develop significant product features, enhance performance, and create internal tools.

• Troubleshoot intricate production issues spanning distributed microservices and CDN layers.

• Oversee and mentor developers within Builder squads, focusing on performance management, career development, and technical support.

• Direct sprint planning, monitor execution, and manage reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of full-stack engineering experience in developing high-scale backend systems and complex user interface platforms.

• Extensive experience with Vue 3, Nuxt, Module Federation, and component-based frontend architectures.

• Strong backend development skills with Node.js, NestJS, event-driven systems, queues, and high-throughput APIs.

• Familiarity with MongoDB, Firestore, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse, Nginx, CDN strategies, and multi-region deployments.

• Comprehensive understanding of real-time collaboration, rendering engines, asynchronous processing, and fault-tolerant design principles.

• Capability to design systems with a focus on reliability, maintainability, extensibility, and performance.

• Exceptional debugging abilities across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and distributed network layers.

• Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams or squads, including mentorship and technical guidance.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
