Lead Educational Consultant – West Coast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as a leader and mentor for internal teams concerning Teaching Strategies content and product expertise.

• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees regarding content and products.

• Create ongoing content and product learning initiatives for customer-facing and product development teams.

• Offer coaching to internal teams on content and product knowledge.

• Collaborate with Sales and Partner Success Teams to enhance revenue and improve implementation.

• Oversee content-specific elements of sales presentations.

• Design tailored implementation, professional development, and coaching strategies for key sales accounts.

• Provide consultation on specialized content, Early Childhood, and relevant markets.

• Conduct research on customers, their goals, visions, objections, concerns, and obstacles to customize presentations.

• Assist Marketing and Content teams with customer-facing communications, pitch decks, social media content, marketing materials, webinar scripts, and conference proposals.

• Function as a subject matter expert at conferences, in blog entries, communications, professional journals, and similar platforms.

• Develop model implementations showcasing Teaching Strategies solutions.

• Demonstrate Teaching Strategies’ dedication to program success in customer interactions and presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Reside on the west coast.

• Extensive knowledge of the complete suite of Teaching Strategies solutions.

• Over 10 years of experience in the Early Childhood sector.

• Willingness to travel up to 40% nationally as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related discipline.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Proven leadership experience in building and overseeing programs as an administrator or instructional coach.

• Experience in conducting adult learning training sessions.

• Background in or strong transferable skills related to sales and implementation.

• Exceptional presentation skills, both in-person and via Zoom.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products is essential.

• Capability to learn new technology applications.
