This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Spearhead the establishment of trust-based, long-lasting relationships with organizations led by immigrants.
β’ Collaborate in the creation of capacity-sharing and learning designs, along with innovative convening approaches.
β’ Develop and enhance frameworks that prepare immigrants for active participation in systems change.
β’ Oversee staff and synchronize efforts across teams towards common objectives.
β’ Work closely with internal partners for strategic planning and the integration of insights.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Justice & Community Engagement, Adult Education & Community Development, or a related field.
β’ More than 8 years of experience in building community partnerships and ecosystems.
β’ Proven leadership in project management and collaborative teamwork.
β’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and mentor others.
β’ Experience in planning and executing innovative and inclusive gatherings.
β’ Advanced understanding of adult-learning theories and collective impact models.
β’ A strong commitment to immigrant justice and trust-based community work approaches.
β’ Preferred: Bilingual or multilingual communication capabilities pertinent to partner communities.
