Lead Director – Product Office Strategy, Stakeholder Management

📋 Description

• Act as a pivotal leader in developing and executing the comprehensive strategy, roadmap, and operational discipline for Retail Pharmacy Technology.

• Take ownership of the ongoing evolution of the enterprise-scale roadmap for Retail Pharmacy Technology products and features.

• Ensure that the roadmap aligns with business priorities, value streams, and partner outcomes within CVS Retail Pharmacy and the H100 ecosystem.

• Provide clarity on investment trade-offs, sequencing, and the realization of value across the portfolio.

• Collaborate with business and operations leaders to establish OKRs for key value streams.

• Create a consistent framework for tracking progress, measuring outcomes, and reporting on value realization.

• Lead and manage the Product Office function for Retail Pharmacy Technology.

• Define and oversee the intake, prioritization, and governance processes for multiple product portfolios.

• Develop a structured and scalable intake model to assess incoming requests against strategic priorities and available capacity.

• Facilitate cross-portfolio prioritization discussions to maintain focus on the most valuable initiatives.

• Serve as a connector among Product, Engineering, Business, and Operations to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product strategy, product management, or portfolio leadership, ideally within the healthcare or retail technology sectors.

• A proven history of developing and managing extensive product roadmaps and portfolios.

• Experience in driving OKRs, implementing value measurement frameworks, and preparing executive reports.

• Strong capability in crafting executive-level communications and compelling product narratives.

• Demonstrated experience functioning in complex, cross-functional environments involving multiple stakeholders.

• Profound understanding of contemporary product operating models, prioritization frameworks, and governance structures.

• Preferred experience with AI-driven or technology-forward product innovation.
