Lead Demo Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain essential demo content within OneStream’s demonstration applications.

• Collaborate with Field Presales, Product Commercialization, Product Management, and other key stakeholders to enhance standard and industry-specific demonstrations.

• Create innovative use cases and visually striking demonstrations showcasing OneStream Platform innovations.

• Lead a team of Demo Engineers on significant and high-priority demo content initiatives.

• Embrace new and forthcoming product features and innovations at an early stage.

• Mentor and guide members of the Demo Engineering team.

• Stay informed about the OneStream Platform and Marketplace roadmap.

• Provide both technical and functional support to Presales and internal users of demo applications.

• Act as a technical expert for Demo Engineers, Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales representatives.

• Convert intricate business requirements and challenges into coherent demo content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred in Computer Science or a technology-related area.

• Technical expertise with OneStream or comparable CPM tools.

• Over 6 years of experience in application management, including the development, building, and deployment of applications.

• Capability to swiftly evaluate customer environments and identify target use cases and deployment objectives for cloud technology.

• Ability to oversee the assessment of OneStream’s Cloud solution.

• Experience in a client-facing capacity such as consultant, technical solutions engineer, or solutions architect.

• Exceptional technical, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to lead technical discussions and determine suitable solutions for customers.

• Proficiency in business analysis and financial modeling.

• 3–5+ years of experience in the CPM industry.

• Background in Finance/Accounting.

• Prior experience as a Senior Solution Consultant or Senior Demo Engineer is preferred.

• Over 4 years of experience in developing and/or implementing OneStream applications is preferred.

• Unmatched attention to detail.

• Strong listening abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Comfortable engaging with C-level executives.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.

• Strong capability to work effectively within a team environment.

• Willingness and ability to travel.
