This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, manage, and implement strategic data quality and governance programs that support the objectives of enterprise provider data.
• Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to outline implementation strategies, oversee timelines, and pinpoint risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate governance routines and ensure the execution of data quality initiatives that align with business priorities.
• Offer strategic and operational assistance to the Director of Provider Data Quality.
• Coordinate enterprise provider data quality initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Provide business process support and governance for provider data quality.
• Execute coordination, integration, validation, metrics analysis, issue management, and process enhancement.
• Support issue tracking, prioritization, escalation, decision documentation, and communication with stakeholders.
• Analyze trends in data quality and convert findings into business impacts and actionable recommendations.
• Prepare insights, updates, and materials at the executive level concerning strategic initiatives and data quality performance.
• Assist in the readiness for implementing provider data quality processes and controls.
• Promote continuous improvement in provider data quality processes, standards, and operational routines.
• Manage complex, ambiguous challenges with minimal supervision using independent judgment.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Ability to convert data quality issues into business impacts and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide executive-level updates.
• Familiarity with quality frameworks.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities, risks, and dependencies effectively.
• Experience in influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proficient in reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI.
• 5–7+ years of experience in the healthcare sector.
• 3–5+ years of project leadership experience.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Preferred experience with enterprise provider data platforms.
• Preferred experience supporting data governance or data quality programs.
• Preferred experience with regulatory, compliance, audit, or operational controls related to healthcare.
• Minimum internet service of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for home employees.
