β’ Strong expertise in statistics related to experiment design, power, significance, novelty effects, interaction effects, and the appropriateness of testing.
β’ Ability to communicate broken experiments and statistical concepts in straightforward language.
β’ Experience with Segment events and Flagsmith randomization, including experiment instrumentation and tracking validation.
β’ Knowledge of CAC, LTV, channel economics, attribution challenges, seasonality, and channel mix.

β’ Familiarity with dbt and Lightdash.
β’ Capability to independently build data models without relying on data engineering.
β’ Ability to influence PMs and marketers without formal authority.
