Lead Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with media and client managers to identify business opportunities that drive media, client, and market growth.

• Utilize proprietary datasets and apply statistical techniques to generate actionable insights.

• Assess strategies and project their anticipated impact on key performance indicators.

• Assist in the analysis and monitoring of business metrics and trends.

• Serve as a vital link between business and technical teams, overseeing daily data analytics operations.

• Lead a small team of analysts, establishing long-term objectives while ensuring short-term operational effectiveness.

• Effectively communicate insights and findings to Client, Media, Analytics, and Executive teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of high academic performance with a BS degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Math/Science, or a similar background in business/analytics.

• Over 8 years of experience in data analytics or data science.

• Strong grasp of statistical methods for extracting insights from data.

• Analytical mindset focused on deriving actionable insights from data.

• Keen interest in the online marketing and media sectors; prior industry experience is advantageous.

• Highly self-motivated with the ability to comprehend the complete product development lifecycle.

• Eagerness to initiate and take ownership of research, exploration, and analysis for any business challenge from inception to completion.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, maintaining focus while remaining adaptable in a fast-paced internet company environment.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Tableau, and SQL.

• Familiarity with Python or R programming sufficient for conducting ad-hoc analyses.

• Experience in managing a small team.
