📋 Description

• Assist internal executives, global Customer Success teams, and Customer Success Strategy & Operations by providing insights into Customer Success Incentives.

• Utilize BI tools like Looker to analyze data, derive insights, and facilitate informed decision-making.

• Produce timely and precise reports regarding promotions, performance plans, variable programs, SPIF programs, and regular compensation.

• Monitor incentive KPIs and pinpoint performance levers that align with business goals.

• Aid in the planning and execution of incentives for the Customer Success team.

• Work collaboratively with HR, Finance, and Customer Success leadership to implement incentive programs.

• Oversee variable compensation and generate reports to track both individual and team performance.

• Evaluate performance trends and insights to guide critical decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in strategy and operations, ideally in Incentive Compensation, Customer Success, Sales Operations, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

• Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau.

• Comprehensive data analysis skills with the ability to deliver actionable insights.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Experience with data warehousing platforms like Snowflake or similar technologies.

• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce.com, and HubSpot CRM.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.

• Capable of cleaning and linking complex data sets from diverse sources.

• Adaptable to a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.).
