This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +7 more states.
• Design, implement, and deploy cybersecurity technology solutions that align with established architecture standards and enterprise security strategies.
• Collaborate with the PMO and IT teams to incorporate cybersecurity requirements and reference architecture standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead ongoing improvements and development of cybersecurity tools and initiatives.
• Ensure that cybersecurity solutions are well-documented, operationally supportable, and scalable for long-term enterprise use.
• Engage in cybersecurity and PMO meetings.
• Assist in short- and long-term planning, prioritization, and scheduling of work efforts.
• Assess emerging cybersecurity technologies, tools, and enhancements to current platforms.
• Work cross-functionally to enhance the effectiveness, resilience, and operational maturity of enterprise cybersecurity capabilities.
• Act as a senior technical escalation point for operational incidents within the cybersecurity tool ecosystem.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and enterprise systems support.
• Experience in application and network support is preferred.
• Proven experience in building, deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing cybersecurity tools, platforms, and enterprise security solutions.
• Capable of developing and maintaining internal tools.
• Experience conducting large-scale attack data analysis to identify root causes.
• Familiarity with managing issues related to security enablements and controls.
• Experience in supporting operational and organizational enhancements.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain KPIs for evolving cybersecurity initiatives.
• Strong grasp of ITIL processes, system troubleshooting, and complex problem resolution in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
