This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and assist in defining the technical requirements and use cases of potential customers.
• Align the technical and business value propositions of Immersive Labs with the needs of customers.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales team to conduct value proofs for both new and existing customers.
• Provide comprehensive solution demonstrations and manage proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Serve as a security advisor throughout the entirety of the technical sales process.
• Develop cyber skills programs, facilitate crisis simulations, and assess organizational risk.
• Collaborate with key clients to fulfill business objectives, cybersecurity projects, and desired outcomes.
• Formulate strategies and roadmaps for enhancing cyber workforce resilience.
• Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews.
• Suggest enhancements to current programs and propose new initiatives.
• Promote adoption and maximize the benefits of the Immersive Labs Platform.
• Keep updated on emerging threats, trends, and technologies.
• Work alongside product, content, and engineering teams as the customer advocate.
• Assist customers in effectively integrating and sustaining Immersive One within their cybersecurity frameworks.
• Utilize platform metrics, tailored reports, and insights to showcase value.
• Act as a point of escalation and primary contact between sales, product leadership, and client accounts.
• Support the Customer Success Manager with Executive Business Reviews and high-level reporting.
• Foster long-term account health and identify expansion opportunities.
• Function as a trusted, long-term embedded consultant across client organizations, from C-suite executives to technical teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in an information security practitioner or solution consulting capacity, including pre-sales experience.
• Customer Success experience is highly preferred.
• Extensive background in roles that require client interaction.
• Experience in consulting and presenting to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of IT fundamentals, encompassing computer hardware/software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
• In-depth knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards.
• Ability to clearly present and explain value and technical concepts without jargon.
• Practical experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with security tools such as IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, and SIEM.
• Experience with public cloud environments.
• Proven ability to lead technical presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• CISSP or other relevant industry certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must reside on the West Coast of the United States and be willing to travel to client locations within the region.
