This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Managing escalated member issues while delivering Help Desk support
• Investigating, addressing, and providing solutions for member inquiries
• Supporting the customer service team by operating the Help Desk
• Acting as a resource and assisting Customer Service Representatives with questions regarding escalated or technical matters
• Collaborating with the Customer Service Manager to pinpoint training opportunities
• Recognizing trends in escalations and compiling data for root cause analysis
• GED or High School diploma, complemented by technical medical knowledge
• At least 2 years of prior experience in a call center or customer service role
• Capability to work efficiently with all levels of management
• Strong analytical skills and technical proficiency
• Computer skills should encompass word processing, spreadsheet, and database management
