Lead Creative Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee high-complexity Creative Strategy initiatives for significant clients, pitches, or transformational opportunities.

• Persuade senior clients and internal stakeholders through clear, compelling, and business-focused storytelling.

• Create advanced outputs for Creative Strategy, including creative audits, effectiveness roadmaps, messaging frameworks, CAB systems, testing structures, and pitch narratives.

• Collaborate with Analytics, Media, and channel teams to enhance the utility of creative insights over time.

• Elevate the quality of creative thinking across teams through informal coaching, exemplary models, and constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, communications strategy, performance creative strategy, or similar strategic roles.

• Proven capability to independently lead intricate strategic projects across major clients, pitches, or high-value workstreams.

• Strong knowledge in messaging strategy, creative effectiveness, creative testing, audience insights, and performance-driven creative recommendations.

• Advanced proficiency in synthesizing data, research, cultural signals, platform behaviors, and business contexts into clear strategic guidance.

• High fluency with paid social, video, streaming, display, web, commerce, and other related digital environments.

• Comfortable utilizing AI and creative analytics tools to enhance quality, efficiency, and insight generation with strong judgment and validation.
