⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in generating and developing high-impact direct response and social media creative strategies, preferably at a creative and performance marketing agency.

• Experience managing direct reports and mentoring junior team members.

• A background in creating User-Generated Content (UGC) to boost engagement and reach is advantageous.

• Digitally adept, innovative, and well-informed about current trends on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram/Facebook, TikTok, etc.

• Possess a growth mindset, continuously considering how our clients can create relevant, insightful advertising and what factors make content appealing across different audiences.

• Strong understanding of cultural dynamics, with a sharp awareness of what is significant and an eye for emerging digital trends.

• Exceptional performance marketing and creative instincts, with a proven history of introducing new concepts and leading innovative approaches within your organization.

• A collaborative team player with a passion for teamwork.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach and the ability to effectively communicate strategic insights to the department and stakeholders.

• Capability to navigate and influence in a fast-paced start-up environment.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma is a plus.

• Familiarity with Asana and Google Sheets is a plus.
