This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take ownership and lead intricate renewal and contract negotiations for strategic and upmarket clients, ensuring clarity, precision, and positive results.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account clients to grasp their objectives, challenges, and investment priorities, aligning contracts with business value.
• Work in partnership with Sales, Customer Success Managers, Legal, and senior stakeholders to facilitate seamless renewals and address complexities.
• Maintain precise renewal forecasts and lead pipeline evaluations, enhancing predictability and consistency.
• Provide exceptional service to enterprise customers (200+ employees), balancing customer advocacy with commercial results.
• Guide and assist other Contract Managers through mentorship, sharing best practices, and informal leadership.
• Contribute to process enhancements, playbooks, and initiatives that amplify impact across Contract Management and Customer Success.
• Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that transform how HubSpot handles upmarket renewals.
• Proficiency in Spanish, Italian, and English.
• Over 5 years of experience in contract management, renewals, or a closely related SaaS commercial position.
• Experience in managing complex contracts and collaborating closely with Legal teams.
• Demonstrated success in working with large enterprise organizations (200+ employees).
• Strong negotiation abilities with a growth-oriented, value-driven approach.
• Experience overseeing forecasts, renewal pipelines, or revenue-related metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidently leading customer discussions.
• Strong prioritization, organizational skills, and attention to detail in complex environments.
• Ability to operate independently and strategically in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Background in Strategic Accounts or enterprise Customer Success functions.
