Lead Consultant, Workday Core HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the complete delivery of modules, facilitating client workshops, influencing solution architecture choices, nurturing junior talent, and guaranteeing project quality and on-time delivery.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of SF implementations from the initial phase to go-live and ongoing support.

• Conduct module-specific workshops to ensure alignment of business needs with system functionalities.

• Create processes for cross-module integration and customize workflows. Offer expert advice on configuration strategies and system enhancement.

• Act as the main consultant for senior client stakeholders, ensuring milestone approvals and effectively managing escalations.

• Assign and oversee workstreams for junior consultants. Provide mentorship to team members and assist them in their HRIS certification paths. Hold regular one-on-one meetings and deliver structured, constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• 7 to 10 years of experience in HRIS, having led a minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations.

• Exceptional leadership, client management, and communication abilities.

• Capability to handle competing priorities and lead cross-functional teams.

• Proven experience in people management and team development.

• Certifications: Workday Core HCM Certification (mandatory)
