Lead Consultant, Sitecore

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Contribute to and create narratives for intricate features within your areas of responsibility, driving overall product planning.

• Organize, lead, and conclude sessions for reviewing features related to complex business issues/requirements, documenting the decisions made.

• Design functional specifications to tackle complex business processes or address the requirements of product features.

• Configure or develop within the Sitecore CMS, reviewing and validating the functionality of new features released by vendors.

• Actively participate in pair programming and Test-Driven Development to create websites utilizing the Sitecore CMS.

• Deliver training to fellow team members and users; assist in enhancing the team's capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining solutions on the Sitecore CMS platform, including custom components, templates, and integrations.

• At least 1 year of experience in crafting headless solutions using Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) and/or Sitecore Headless Services (JSS).

• Extensive experience in developing React-based front-end applications that integrate with Sitecore's headless architecture.

• Proficient in .NET / C# development within Sitecore environments.

• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and integration patterns relevant to headless CMS implementations.

• Knowledge of contemporary DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, version control systems like Git) within a Sitecore delivery context.
