This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Guide and support clients throughout all stages of Oracle Cloud PPM implementation.
• Identify client business needs and design as well as configure system solutions accordingly.
• Offer expertise in Resource Management, Task Management, Project Financials, Project Contract Billing, Time and Labor for Projects, and Grant Management.
• Utilize PPM business-process knowledge and industry best practices.
• Consult with clients to provide effective and economical solutions for various business scenarios.
• Collaborate with project teams and client staff to develop, test, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Refine, document, and present customer requirements for client approval.
• Identify and implement innovative strategies to overcome challenges in product implementation and integration.
• Analyze existing systems and data to pinpoint requirements and necessary enhancements or modifications.
• Create unit test scripts and oversee User Acceptance Testing.
• Coordinate with Oracle to resolve service requests.
• Lead workshops for business requirements, analysis, design, configuration, and development.
• Direct Conference Room Pilots, User Acceptance Testing, go-live preparations, cutover support, and post-production assistance.
• At least 10 years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant, including a minimum of 3 years implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud PPM projects and upgrades.
• Certification as an Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management Consultant obtained within the last two years.
• Strong consulting background and business analytical skills for gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process design, managing CRPs, functional configuration, and ERP solution testing.
• Capability to lead a team, work autonomously, and manage multiple task assignments effectively.
• Ability to maintain a positive demeanor in high-pressure situations.
• Seniority to manage client expectations independently.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• High commitment to surpassing performance expectations.
• Strong initiative, accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with both internal and external customers.
• Proficiency in overseeing the complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuration, programming, and unit testing.
